With Spring here and summer just around the corner, I'm sure you're all eager to find ways on how to get that perfect summer bikini body.
So today I want to share with you an original healthy smoothie recipe that will boost your day and allow you to leave your house feeling fresh.
It's rather simple. Cut the fruits listed below and chuck them in a blender.
2 Bananas
1 Punnet of Strawberries
2 Green Apples
1/2 a Lemon
6 Scoops of Vanilla Yoghurt
200mL of Cranberry Juice
A handfull of ice
A squirt of Lime Juice
and ... VOILĂ€!!!
This is enough to serve 8.
